Beaches, Surfing and other Activities in Newquay

Whatever your passion Cornwall has something to offer everyone. Newquay in particular has fantastic surfing beaches and Fistral Beach regularly hosts international surfing competitions. Put on a wet suit and take to the water or, if you havent tried it before take some lessons. There's also some fantastic Golf Courses but for those feeling less energetic can sit on the beach or in the beach cafs and enjoy the view.

Nearby Watergate Bay offers a variety of "extreme sports" for those with a more adventurous spirit. Cornwall is two-thirds coastline, so take a walk along the spectacular coastal paths and enjoy a Cornish cream tea!
